Hard of Hearing (or Descriptive Subtitles)
Every Monday evening our film will have descriptive subtitles. This means that in addition to the dialogue being subtitled (as with a foreign language film) the sounds of the film are also described in the subtitles. For example (joyful music plays) or (gunshots in background)
Relaxed Screenings
During our Relaxed Screenings, we relax our Code of Conduct. We appreciate not everyone wants to sit still for a long time in complete darkness and that the ‘normal’ level of sound in a cinema may be a bit much for some.
